How to Report an Issue: Please reach out to our support team via the “Help & Support” page on our website. Submit your issue with a clear photograph or video showing the defect or damage. Make sure the problem is visible and adequately described.

At UInPrint, our commitment to delivering your custom-printed products with efficiency and accuracy is paramount. Our Shipping Policy is designed to ensure that your orders arrive on time and in perfect condition, adhering to both universal and country-specific requirements. Please review our policy to understand the shipping processes, including essential details necessary for a successful delivery.

General Shipping Guidelines for All Destinations

  1. Requirements for Addresses: All mailing addresses must be entered using Latin characters. UInPrint does not validate addresses; hence, it is crucial that customers ensure their shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues. UInPrint will not be liable if the parcel is not delivered due to incorrect address provided. Refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for resolutions regarding this.
  2. Delivery to PO Boxes: Delivery to PO boxes is recommended only for customers in the United States. In other countries, shipping to a PO box may result in the order being undeliverable. PO box deliveries are not eligible for Express Delivery. For PO Box addresses, the following format should be used:
    • First Name: [First Name] (as registered on the box)
    • Last Name: [Last Name] (as registered on the box)
    • Address 1: PO Box [Number]
    • City, Zip Code, Country: [Appropriate Details]

Parcels sent to a PO box may face delays or complications, despite adherence to the address guidelines. We advise and clearly communicate to our customers the possible risks involved in delivery, since the assurance of delivery is lesser than that of direct to door deliveries. It’s important to be aware that we cannot provide compensation if the address guidelines are not met or if order tracking verifies that the delivery was completed successfully.

Country-Specific Shipping Requirements

Germany
  • Home Deliveries: Must include recipient’s name (as on the apartment building), street address with house number, apartment number (if applicable), and optional floor number.
  • Packstation or Paketshop Deliveries: Activation of Deutsche Post/DHL account is required. The address must include the postal number in the name section and adhere to the specified format for Packstations or Paketshops.
Brazil
  • Mandatory inclusion of the recipient’s CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) tax number in the shipping details. The CPF number should be added in the format XXX.XXX.XXX-XX, and the recipient’s phone number must also be provided to ensure smooth delivery.
Chile
  • The shipping label needs to have the recipient’s RUN (Rol Ñnico Nacional) or RUT (Rol Unico Tributario) number on it. Ensure the RUN / RUT number is provided in the format XX.XXX.XXX-Z, along with the recipient’s phone number for efficient delivery.

Additional Information

  • Order Processing Time: UInPrint aims to process all orders promptly. However, processing times may vary based on product type and order volume.
  • Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times are provided to you via email. Please note that shipping times may be affected by external factors beyond UInPrint’s control.
  • Customs and Import Taxes: Any applicable customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Customs delays are not UInPrint’s responsibility.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, You will be provided with a tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment as soon as your order ships.

What shipping alternatives does UInPrint offer?

Depending on whether an item qualifies for this option, an order placed using Standard Shipping may be upgraded to Priority Shipping for an additional fee. Orders placed with Economy Shipping, however, are not eligible for an upgrade.

The cost of shipping will vary depending on the product type, delivery location, shipment method, and supplier. Please be aware that the price of the goods does not include the cost of shipping.

What countries does UInPrint ship to?

Except for North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine, most nations can receive shipments from our print providers.

Why is there no tracking for my order?

  • The selected provider doesn’t offer tracked delivery
    • Our provider “WOYC” does not offer tracked carrier services for their orders (some orders only)
  • The order hasn’t been fulfilled yet
    • It’s possible that your order is still in production; kindly give it up to 7 business days to finish. The tracking details will be accessible as soon as the order status is updated to “Ready to ship.”
    • If you have an account with us, you can check the status of your current order. You can contact us otherwise.

If neither case applies to your order, it should have a tracking number.

How are the shipping charges for several items determined?

If two products—for example, phone covers or t-shirts—have the same product type and are fulfilled by the same Provider, they usually qualify for a discounted delivery fee.

If not, each goods will be charged the full shipping cost.

NOTE: T-shirts for men, women, and children are all considered shirts. Certain Print Providers may not be able to supply bulkier items (canvases, mugs, etc.) at a discounted shipping cost.

Economy Shipping: What Is It?

Our newest, most affordable, fully-tracked shipping option, Economy Shipping, has a little bit longer (but still traceable) arrival window.

With Economy Shipping, your orders will be delivered across the US in 4–8 business days. Compared to Standard shipping, it is up to 15% less expensive, but it requires a few more days.

Which carriers and shipping services are used?

Orders with Economy Shipping will be delivered by USPS Ground Advantage or DHL eCommerce Parcel Ground.

Is it feasible to change the shipping method used for an existing Economy Shipping order, or downgrade it?

Regretfully, orders placed using Economy Shipping cannot be upgraded or downgraded to any other shipping option.

How does Express Delivery operate and what is it?

For a small additional fee, UinPrint’s Express Delivery fulfillment option provides production and delivery in as little as 2 to 3business days.

Express orders at UInPrint follow a special order flow that guarantees speed without compromising print quality, thanks to a specific production procedure.

Two of our best-selling products, the Gildan 5000 t-shirt and the Bella+Canvas 3001 t-shirt with front printing, are available for expedited delivery in the following colors:

  • Bella+Canvas 3001, sizes S-3XL:
    • Navy, Black, White, Athletic Heather, and Dark Grey Heather
  • Gildan 5000, sizes S-3XL:
    • Black, White, Navy, Sport Grey

Our group is in the process of broadening the range of products that are offered with Express Delivery.

NOTE: All US mainland states are eligible for Express Delivery. Please be aware that there is currently just basic delivery available for Alaska and Hawaii. Furthermore, please be informed that Express Delivery is not compatible with PO Box addresses.

What is the price of UInPrint Express Delivery?

The cost of Express Delivery is around USD 7.99, which is up to USD 3.24 more than regular delivery (plus an additional USD 2.40 for each additional item). When you choose your product variants on the Product details page and then proceed to checkout, you will see the charges for both ordinary delivery and Express Delivery.

Orders purchased with Express Delivery will be delivered in the best possible order within 2 to 3 business days.

Is it guaranteed that orders placed for Express delivery will be filled and shipped out in 2 to 3business days?

Delivery within two to three working days is not guaranteed with UInPrint Express Delivery. Orders with UInPrint Express Delivery receive a dedicated production line, expedited production, and faster shipping. While it is our goal to deliver items to you before the specified cutoff periods, we cannot guarantee this, and as such we don’t offer refunds for orders that don’t make it within 2-3 working days.

How are timelines for Express deliveries determined?

All US states—aside from Alaska and Hawaii—have products printed and shipped to customers within 2 to 3 business days when using Express Delivery. For instance, clients placing orders on Mondays before 12 PM will receive delivery on Wednesday or Thursday.

As soon as the order enters production successfully, the computation begins. An unanticipated delay, like an unsuccessful order payment, may impact the order delivery schedule.

NOTE: Unless an order is made before 12:00 PM (the time zone of the order destination), the day of submission is not taken into account in the computation.

Example: Orders placed by customers on Monday before the cutoff time of 12:00 PM should be delivered on Wednesday or Thursday (not included Alaska and Hawaii).

  • If an order is placed on Monday after 12:00 PM, shipment takes two to three business days, starting on Tuesday, and it should arrive on Thursday or Friday.
  • If an order is placed in the afternoon on Friday, it will arrive on Wednesday or Thursday.

What if there are issues with my Express orders?

If the customer has received an incorrect or faulty product, please contact our team within 30 days of product delivery to request a free reprint or a full refund.

How are the products packaged?

We employ a variety of packaging styles, choosing the best one for the product in question. Fragile products are given the best possible protection, thanks to extra care.

Clothingquality paper envelopes, cardboard boxes, and poly-mailer bags available in multiple sizes (for larger orders).
ShoesFor added product protection, shoes will be wrapped in a cardboard box inside a plastic bag.
AccessoriesWaterproof poly-mailer bags are used to package soft goods like socks and face masks. Padded mailer bags are used for additional protection if necessary. Phone cases are packaged in recyclable cardboard carriers or cushioned envelopes.
PostersExtra thick cardboard tubes, both circular and triangular, are used to ship posters and wall decals, which are wrapped in tissue paper for protection. The protective cardboard boxes will be used to package the framed posters.
Home & LivingFor soft products, premium poly-mailer bags are used; for larger purchases, cardboard boxes may be utilized. Extra-protective products will be supplied in cardboard boxes or cushioned mailers. Wall clocks are packaged in cardboard boxes made from recycled materials and protected by bubble wrap.
MugsThe mugs will be sent in recyclable cardboard boxes or sturdy polystyrene boxes with extra padding inserts.
SkincareThe skincare items are packaged in cardboard boxes made of kraft paper, which is used as internal padding.

NOTE: Product packaging may differ and alter over time.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Gift wrapping is an available option for the following products:

The customer will be able to select the gift wrapping on the product page.

The cost of the gift wrapping is an extra $2.23.

Can I insert additional items into the package?

Regretfully, we are unable to provide the service of adding further products to the package.
